Cool or plain annoying?

Well, I'm not sure if it's cool or just plain annoying when you get a message from a friend with codes and abbreviations that seems originated from an alien/foreign language...

I think it's the "IT" thang that people use abbreviations in their messages.The evolution starts from mobile phone text messaging (SMS), instant messages, chat rooms, email, status on Facebook and even on Twitter. With the advancement in technology, more and more people are getting lazy to write full sentences and want everything to be fast and simple. It can be interesting at times and irritating as well...A bit of abbreviation here and there would make you text become exciting and mystery but too much would be a pain in the arse..hee..

I got most of these abbreviations from this website, netlingo. If you are enthusiastic to learn more on the abbreviations and this sms language a.k.a textese, do visit the website.I've just put some of the abbreviations I think would be appropriate to be used in our daily conversation..yang lain2 tu pandai2 la kaw type elok2...Oh and one more thing, I normally write my abbreviations with the capslock button off.I think with abbreviations people normally put everything in capital letters.So it depends on how you write your messages.

I still remember being the laughing stock when I didn't know what my friend was trying to tell me on myspace..hoho..xpe myspace zaman muda2..Now it's time to be cool or a little bit annoying....Are ya ready kids? Get your notebook and jot all of these down...have fun!
